Back in the 80’s and 90’s there was a thriving studio gear rental scene in Toronto. Studios or freelancers could rent almost anything needed for a successful recording session much like the film industry does now.

This being before computers and plugins, analog gear like Neumann U47, U87, U89, Lexicon 480L, AMS RMX16 (reverb) and AMS DMX 15-80 (delay), Eventide H3000, Focusrite ISA 110 or 215 pre/eq modules or the Neve 1073 pre/eq were popular rentals

Not too many people know that LM PRO is very cost effective when it comes to renting specialty items for a session, a gig or a live remote quartet recording.

Below is an example of items you may want to rent for a day, a weekend or a month. 

The best price is the month rental and 1 week is half of the price of the month rental

Long & McQuade has a “preferred Rentals” list meaning not everything that we sell is available for renting but please feel free to call our dept. as “USED” items can be rented out and sometimes there are some really cool items available.
